What is a loan signing agent?

Notary Loan Signing Agents notarize signatures on loan documents for the mortgage and title industries and will travel to the signers location to do so. Additional duties include printing and delivering loan document packages to the signer, ensuring that all needed signatures and initials are obtained on loan documents, and mailing completed loan document packages to the title company or lender.
